By purchasing the Gold Texture Digital Paper Pack ("Product"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Grant of License:
This purchase includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital paper textures included in the Product.
The license grants you the right to use the Product for both personal and commercial projects as an element within a finished product.
Modifications:
You are permitted to modify the elements included in the Product to suit your project's requirements.
Usage:
The elements in the Product can be used in physical and print form, allowing you to create a wide range of tangible products.
Prohibited Actions:
You may not resell, share, distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Product or any part of it, whether in its original form or modified, as a standalone digital item.
It is strictly prohibited to create derivative products from the elements in the Product for the purpose of reselling as digital products.
Ownership and Copyright:
This license agreement does not transfer ownership of the Product to you. The elements in the Product remain the sole property of LIH Consulting Company ("Licensor").
All copyrights, trademarks, and any other intellectual property rights relating to the Product are owned by the Licensor.

Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Product.

The license granted in this agreement is effective until terminated by either party. The license will be automatically terminated if you violate any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
By purchasing and using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this license agreement.
